  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided.

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
